Microdermabrasion is known as peeling with crystals. It is a special device with which sterile aluminum crystals fall on the skin surface at great speed removing the superficial dead cells. This is a mechanical skin peeling. At the same time, a vacuum increases the skin microcirculation which enhances the collagen and elastin production and results in the appearance of a glowing, firm skin. There is also a device with diamond which is used for microdermabrasion and achieves the same results.
